Comments from a Chicagotix.com visitor, June 2004:

"Great site and I am glad you've got some Jack Brickhouse material up with it. Jack was one of my best friends and my son Jack is named after him...I was an honorary pallbearer at his funeral.  A wonderful, wonderful man. Thanks for keeping his memory alive.
Hey Hey and Watch it, watch it now.....Oh Brother!"
Best,
Dan Ronan

Kings of Swings autographed card collection

This set includes an autographed baseball card from each of the 106 pitchers who surrendered 136 home runs (70+66) to McGwire and Sosa in the 1998 march on Maris.

The collection is presented in two frames and includes interesting details about the number of home runs given up by each pitcher to each slugger as they participated in the most memorable long ball dual since the M & M Boys, Mantle and Maris, way back in 1961.

This set of autographed baseball cards from EVERY pitcher who gave up a homer to Mark or Sammy in 1998 is the only set of its kind known to exist. It has been exhibited by the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs.

Price:  Framed to museum archival standards (as shown) $2,995.
